    Web-based induction

    Streamline your Induction Processes by having a common web-based Induction program for all employees. New recruits can log into the system and complete the Induction online without necessitating human intervention.

     

    Continual progress monitoring.

    The new recruits’ progress can be monitored at each stage with the help of detailed score-cards and dashboards.

     

    Email notifications if an employee does not complete induction on time.

    If an employee does not complete the induction within the allotted time, then email notifications will automatically be sent to the concerned HR officials.

    With the feedback from the employees taking the Induction, it is possible to analyze the program and continually improve upon it.
