Crisis Management

Crisis Management is the procedure by which an organization can plan and prepare for how to deal with situations of crisis that may be harmful for the members of the organization, their dealers and resellers, their clients, other stakeholders or even the general public.

Crisis management is different from Risk Management. In Risk Management, organizations analyze and study potentially dangerous situations and then plan on the best ways to avoid those situations. Crisis Management, on the other hand deals with handling the situation after it has occurred.
