    New Recruit / Employee Management

The employee has to specify how he will make up for the time he spends in training, who he will hand over his projects to, etc. This will then be automatically escalated to his supervisor for approval. If the supervisor needs to get further approval he can escalate the information to his senior. The employee will be automatically notified by email when he gets either approval or rejection for his application.

    The employee rating process allows the HR department to rate each employee on their various primary and secondary skills. This rating process can also be used effectively during appraisals.

    Customized feedback forms can be created for each training program. These feedback forms provide valuable information to help in the continual analysis and improvement of the training programs and help to make the training programs more effective.

     

    Customize evaluation tests

    Each training program can also have customized certifications linked to them. Employees should take the test on completion of the training. This test helps in analyzing the effectiveness of the training as well as the aptitude of the employee and how receptive he has been to the training.
