- Create / Customize Certifications
Every training can have customized certifications created and added to the system.
These test can be created afresh or from different combinations of questions
from the question bank.
A question bank can be created with all the questions relevant to the various types
of training assigned within the organizations. Certifications can be easily created
by selecting a range of questions from the question bank.
- Automated Notification of Certification
As soon as an employee completes a training program, he is automatically notified
by email that he has to complete a test as part of the training program.
He is also notified of the amount of time he has available to complete the certification.
If an employee does not complete the test within a given period of time,
he is sent automatic reminders by email reminding him to completed the certification.
- Automated Presentation of Certification
When an employee completes the certification, he receives email notification of
his completion along with a link where he can view and print his certificate.
- Detailed reporting to show overall employee performances
A variety of reports are available to show overall employee performance and employee
performance per certification. These reports help in analyzing the effectiveness
of the training programs and in improving their quality.
